Weddings at Historic Trinity Cathedral

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral is a beautiful Gothic revival cathedral in lovely Northwest Portland. Conveniently located in the midst of bustling downtown, this beautiful ceremony venue for church weddings large or small is just steps away from some of Portland's best reception venues (and has its own reception spaces if you prefer to stay), and features onsite parking.

Trinity is LGBTQIA+-affirming and is open to everyone, regardless of gender identity or expression, religious background, or socio-economic circumstance.

As the Cathedral of the Diocese of Oregon, we host Episcopal wedding ceremonies following the Book of Common Prayer, officiated by Trinity clergy or associate clergy. While all ceremonies conducted at the cathedral must use this Episcopal service, you do not need to be an Episcopalian to have your wedding at Trinity!

Trinity’s grand sanctuary is perfect for your fairytale wedding of up to 700 guests, and our intimate chapel is a warm & inviting space for smaller ceremonies. Trinity offers couples access to a number of additional services in order to assist with day-of coordination and, if needed, reception assistance. We are pleased to also offer professional livestreamed wedding packages.

We are a certified nonprofit organization, and all proceeds from weddings to the maintenance and upkeep of our historic building.
