About the Event
Explore sacred chants from different traditions, including Sufi, Gregorian, Taizé, and contemporary, as we discover how to use our bodies to produce different sounds for prayer and meditation. After instruction, we will chant together to lead into a centering prayer sit, and you will leave with a collection of chants to enrich your own centering prayer or meditation practice. Free to attend, but advance registration is required.
