Learn about the foundational source of images, the meaning of visual language, and the value of visual thinking, all while examining specific historical and contemporary paintings in this light. Add new knowledge and experience as you expand your theological horizons.


About the instructor: Myra Clark, a lifelong Episcopalian, embraces a wide range of work; she loves using both observation and abstraction in her painting, experimenting with mixed-media installations concerning political and social issues, and writing/painting icons. She has exhibited both locally and regionally and is represented by Blackfish Gallery in Portland, Oregon.
