About the Class: Learn how the Bible was put together, hear and reflect on key stories told in the style of Godly Play, and explore what these ancient stories mean for us today. This class is for adults who are new to the Christian faith and scripture as well as those who want to revisit old stories told in a new way.
About the leaders: Beth Ferguson has been teaching Godly Play for about 15 years. She has also coordinated the Catechesis course at Trinity for 5 years. During the week, she supports school districts around Oregon in improving their elementary literacy instruction. Charissa Simmons serves as Canon for Spiritual Formation at Trinity. She has been practicing Godly Play for about 16 years. She is a life-long Bible reader and loves a good story.
